Text Message Program

Alliance Productions produces boxing events and live broadcasts. We send text messages to the people working or competing at an event — athletes and their corners, officials, production crew, media and staff. Everything below describes that program.
Program Details
- Program name. Alliance Productions Event Operations.
- What we send. One-time sign-in codes for our portal and production tools, credential application status, call-time and schedule changes, and travel, hotel and ground-transport details. These are operational messages about an event you are working, competing at, or credentialed for. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your role and event activity.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile provider.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply START to resume.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email craig@allianceproductions.com.

How You Opt In
Consent to texts is always express, always optional, and never a condition of signing up, applying for a credential, working an event, or any purchase. The checkbox is never pre-ticked and never required — on the form above, leave it unticked and you are signed up for email updates only. We record the date and time consent was given and the exact wording shown at the time.
This is the wording, on every one of the opt-in points below:

Where Consent Is Collected
- The form at the top of this page. A sign-up for event updates by email, open to anyone working an event with no sign-in required. Texts are a separate, unticked, optional checkbox — the form submits without it. The same form is also served at www.salita.pro/messaging.
- Public credential application. Media and staff applying to cover an event tick the same checkbox, beside the mobile number field, on that event’s application page at credentials.salita.pro. Each event has its own page, live only while that event is accepting credential requests.
- Participant portal profile. Signed-in participants tick the same checkbox, with identical wording, on their own profile.
- Requesting a sign-in code. Entering a mobile number to receive a one-time code shows this disclosure directly beneath the field, before the code is sent:

- Event roster. Crew, officials and vendors who give their mobile number to our staff for event coordination when they are booked onto a show.
Your Mobile Information
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Major US carriers are supported; carrier support may change without notice.
